These petitions have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 302 days in seeking to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 4th respondent in the above Second Appeal (ii) to bring on record the proposed respondents 4 to 9 namely Ponnammal and rank them as the respondents 5 to 8 in the above second appeal

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, this Court is inclined to order these petitions.

3. Accordingly these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered. Registry is directed to incorporate the necessary amendment in the the Second Appeal.

4. List the case on 18.11.2025.
