(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the writ petition, as the notice issued to the petitioners is under Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 and the petitioners have an opportunity to file the reply, whereafter appropriate orders in accordance with law will be passed by the competent authority. Endorsement has been made.

2. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn in terms aforesaid. No cost. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.34196 & 34197 of 2016 are closed.
