For Petitioner : Mr.K.Jagannathan

O R D E R

The petitioner seeks a direction for early disposal of a suit in OS.No.54 of 2018 on the file of the III-Additional District Court, Chengelpet. Considering the limited prayer sought for, notice to the respondent is deemed unnecessary. 2.From the E-Court daily status, it is seen that the suit is being adjourned for trial from 18.10.2019. Taking into account the said fact and the fact that the suit itself is nearly three years old, this civil revision petition is allowed, the Trial Court namely, the III-Additional District Court, Chengelpet is directed to dispose of the suit in OS.No.54 of 2018 within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
