Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.02.2025 and take

appropriate action against the unapproved construction of the 4th respondent.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Petitioner has claimed locus to file petition on the allegation that while making construction, fourth respondent has encroached upon petitioner's land. The other allegation is that the construction has been made without approval.

2. If petitioner's grievance is that fourth respondent has encroached upon her land, her remedy lies elsewhere and not before this Court. As regards other issue, it is open for the authorities to examine the same.
