The petitioner appears to have an affinity to avoid appearing before the Court necessitating issuance of Non Bailable Warrant on two separate occasions. The first Non Bailable Warrant was issued on 19.02.2021 and the petitioner was secured only after two months on 24.09.2021. The second Non Bailable Warrant was issued on 30.01.2023. The petitioner should have voluntarily surrendered. He had been secured on 22.02.2023. 2.The petitioner is arrayed as A2 in S.C.No.124 of 2019 now pending on the file of the learned II Additional District Judge, Salem. 3.Taking into consideration the affinity of the petitioner to jump bail and to have disregard for orders granting bail, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
