[Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the Statutory Appeal dated 12.03.2019 filed by the petitioners against the de-occupation notice No.ESI/9296/2007 dated 03.01.2019 issued by the second respondent within a reasonable period of time to be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submitted that the appeal was disposed on 02.12.2019 and also produced a copy of the same.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication, accordingly the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
