This Application has been filed to grant an interim injunction restraining the respondent herein from releasing the web series named as "Goli Soda 1.5" or in any other name on 13.09.2024 or any other date and to pass such further orders.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the applicant sought permission of this Court to withdraw the application and had also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

3. Recording the said submission and also recording the endorsement made, this application is dissmed as withdrawn.
