This Court vide order dated 13.09.2024, appointed Ms.M.Sangavi as Advocate Commissioner to seize the subject hypothecated vehicle from the respondent and hand over the possession of same to the applicant and directed the case to be listed on 19.11.2024, for filing of the report of the Advocate Commissioner.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the applicant prayed that the time for execution of the warrant may be extended by six weeks.

3. Considering the request made by the learned counsel for the applicant, time for execution of the warrant is extended by six weeks.

4. List the matter after six weeks.
