ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 4 herein, legal representatives of the deceased 1st appellant i.e Kanna Padayachi, as appellants 4 to 6 in the above S.A.NO.918 of 2011.

2. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed.
