By this application, an extension of the mandate of the arbitral tribunal is prayed for. Learned counsel for the applicant states that the arbitral proceedings are at the stage of cross examination of the witnesses of the respondent.

2. Learned counsel for the second respondent states that he has no objection to this application being allowed and would extend full cooperation for the expeditious conclusion of the arbitral proceedings.

3. Upon examining the reasons set out in the affidavit and being satisfied that sufficient cause is made out, the mandate of the arbitral tribunal is extended by a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
