This petition has been filed to relax the condition that "the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate at Dharmapuri daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" imposed in Crl.O.P.No.18283 of 2025 order dated 11.07.2025."

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent states that the bail condition is complied by the petitioner herein by reporting before the learned Judicial Magistrate at Dharmapuri, daily. He further submitted that the investigation in this case is still pending.

4. Considering the notoriety of the petitioner, this Court while granting bail had imposed the condition that he should stay at Dharmapuri and report 2/4

before the Judicial Magistrate, daily. Now the petitioner seeks relaxation of the condition saying that he is scrupulously complying the bail condition.

5. Taking note of the fact that the petitioner has more than 60 cases in police stations in and around Chennai, the bail condition to stay at Dharmapuri shall remain. However, the condition to report before the Judicial Magistrate, daily is modified to the effect that "the petitioner to report before the Judicial Magistrate, Dharmapuri on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".
