ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to demolish and reconstruct the Panchayat Union Middle School, on the ground that it is in a dilapidated condition.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner pleaded ignorance to the fact that the school has been temporarily shifted to another building as stated by Mr.Edwin Prabhakar, learned State Government Pleader.

3. The documents on record clearly speak, and it is not disputed, that the construction of a new building has already started. Therefore, no orders are required to be passed in this petition.
