ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the case in M.C.No.1 of 2016 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram, to the file of the I Additional Family, Court, Chennai, to be tried along with O.S.No.28 of 2015 or to any other Court in Chennai.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Kannan, the learned counsel who has come on change of vakalath for the petitioner, submitted that O.S.No.28 of 2015 has been dismissed as withdrawn before the I Additional Family Court as early as 24.05.2016, which is much earlier to the order dated 02.06.2016, passed by this Court in this petition.
3. In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition and has made an endorsement in the petition.

4. Considering the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn, pursuant to which, the earlier interim order dated 02.06.2016, also becomes infructuous.
