This criminal miscellaneous petition has been preferred praying to suspend the sentence imposed by the order passed against the petitioners in Spl.SC.No.103 of 2021 on 06.06.2024 by the learned 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge (FAC), Magalir Neethimandram (FTMC), Tirupur enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above said criminal appeal.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. On obtaining permission from this Court, he also made an endorsement to that effect in this petition. 3.
