This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Krishnagiri to dispose of the case in C.C.No.217/2019 as in time frame fixed by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Krishnagiri to expedite the hearing in C.C.No.217/201 and complete the same, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
