O R D E R

The petitioner had given representation on 19.08.2019, seeking permission to use the vehicle namely Mini Excavator Kuboto U15 Model 2019 with chase No.52633 to the District Collector, Udhagamandalam.

The respondents have stated that there is an order of the High Court not to execute the work. But it is the claim of the petitioner that the order is only regarding the illegal mining by using JCB, Poclain and Tippers. The petitioner is not involved in any of such activities.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner may appear before the 2nd respondent namely the Tahsildar, Coonoor Taluk, the Nilgiris on 30.12.2019 and again if necessary, appear on 31.12.2019 and if necessary, give afresh https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation containing the entire details and records of the said Mini Excavator Kuboto U15 Model 2019 with chase No.52633 he possesses and the respondent namely the Tahsildar, Coonoor Taluk, the Nilgiris may pass considered order on or before 31.01.2020.

5. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
