Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that, in an earlier occasion ie., on 01.11.2022, while dismissing the petitioner's anticipatory bail petition, this Court directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court, Madras as non-refundable deposit, within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy was made ready.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, the petitioner had complied with the said condition.

3. In view of the same, compliance recorded. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
