sms 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in this case, investigation has been completed and final report also been filed on 20.06.2022 before the Additional Mahila Court, Cuddalore and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.459 of 2022.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
