O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to the respondent to register a case pertaining to the petitioner's complaint dated 16.03.2016. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent on 16.03.2016 stating that the petitioner and the counter petitioner were jointly running a Gym and the counter petitioner has taken away all the materials and sold the same, but, he has not paid the amount to the petitioner. But the respondent has not shown any interest to enquire the matter and register the case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3. At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, both the parties were https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

called for enquiry and in that, the counter petitioner has stated that he has already given the money to the petitioner and on that basis, the complaint was closed. He would also submit that closure report has been furnished to the petitioner. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum.
