Prayer : - Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned G.O [Ms].No.73, Higher Education [K2] Department, dated 20.04.2015 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same insofar as the decision mentioned in Serial No.8, consequentially direct the respondents to treat the degree of B.Sc. [Applied Science] equivalent to B.Sc [Maths] degree and thereby allowing the petitioner to participate in the selection to the posts for which she is eligible based on the same.
