ORDER
The prayer sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the 1st respondent to renew the license of the Petitioner in 0.32 bore N.P. Pistol No.RP129954 based on the petitioner's representation dated 26.12.2021 within a time frame fixed by this Court. 2.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
