The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the Civil Revision Petition had been filed to strike off the plaint in I.D.O.P.No.5 of 2017, which is filed by the respondent herein for divorce. Pending the divorce petition, they got re-union and they are living happily. Therefore, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the respondent, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
