This miscellaneous petition has been filed to clarify the condition imposed this Court in para No.5 of the order in Crl.MP.No.14112 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.18814 of 2022 dated 15.09.2022

2. Heard, Mr.Sriram Panchu, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sidharthan, the learned Special Public Prosecutor for ED cases appearing for the respondent.

3. On hearing the submissions of the learned counsel appearing on either side, though this Court is not inclined to clarify the order passed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.14112 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.18814 of 2022 dated 15.09.2022 since the petitioner failed to obtain proper valuation certificate from the authorities concerned, considering the period of incarceration by the petitioner from the date of his arrest i.e. 13.06.2022,

the condition to deposit title deeds to the tune of Rs.10,00,00,000/- imposed in Crl.MP.No.14112 of 2022 is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall deposit title deeds of immovable properties to the tune of Rs.5,00,00,000/-". It is also clarified that the property documents which were already produced by the petitioner are valid and it can be accepted by the court conczerned. The other conditions imposed in the above order shall remain intact.
