Heard the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the Learned Additional Government Pleader for the Respondents.

2. The petitioner herein has filed this Writ Petition seeking Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to measure his land and lay boundary stone in connection with property bearing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

S.No.591/7part, as per Town survey No.81, situated at Pungathur Village, Tiruvallur.

3. After notice, the 1st respondent/Tahsildar, Tiruvallur, submits that, the application of the petitioner herein has been taken for consideration and the Surveyor has requested to visit the field on 09.11.2019 at 10.00 a.m, to measure the land and fix the boundaries stone. In this regard, the petitioner herein is also been informed through notice dated 05.11.2019.
