Crl.M.P.No.16494 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.16494 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.22086 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 5.30 p.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.22086 of 2022 by order dated 14.09.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would also submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22086 of 2022 by an order dated 14.09.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Saturday of every month at 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
