3. Despite the receipt of notice, none represented the second respondent.
4. The petitioner would aver that after the copies of the Judgment were collected from his counsel, it was misplaced and traced out thereafter.. Hence, delay of 293 days occurred in filing this appeal.
5. Accepting the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed subject to the condition that the interest for the delay period of 293 days shall stand waived.
