This petition has been filed to relax the condition to report the petitioner before the respondent police on everyday at 10.30 am for a period of the three months as per the order of this Court dated 29.07.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.17964 of 2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made made on both sides and the nature of offences involved in this case and the fact that investigation is almost complete and the petitioner is complying the conditions without fail and considering the other aspects, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first day of English Calendar month for a period of three months. Accordingly, ordered.
