Learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent in unison would submit that the respondent/husband is going to withdraw IDOP.No.57 of 2023 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Tiruvallur.

2. Since the main petition itself is being withdrawn, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to withdraw this petition.

3. Permission is granted. Accordingly, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
