These Petitions have been filed to condone the delay, set aside the abatement and to bring on record the petitioners 1 to 3 legal heirs of the deceased appellant as party appellants in S.A.No.1152 of 2007.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and also considering the submissions made, these petitions are allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased appellant as party appellants in S.A.No.1152 of 2007.

5. Post the case on 02.07.2025.
