No.152 of 2023 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Thiruvallur for offences under Sections 9, 16, 17, 18 of the Bonded Labour System (Abolition) Act, 1976, under Sections 341, 344, 374, 370(3), 509, 506(1) IPC and under Sections 3(1) (h), 3(2) (va) of SC/ST Act, 1989 as against the petitioner.
