This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to re-hear the above C.R.P along with the above two C.M.P.Nos.20308 and 20306 of 2018.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the matter has been settled out of court. Hence, the matter has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

3. In view of the above submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
