This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 42 days in filing the criminal revision petition against the order dated 20.03.2025 in Crl.MP.No.1040 of 2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Vellore.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 42 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
