This petition has been filed to direct the Registry of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw a sum of Rs.3,61,057.50/- i.e. 50% of the amount deposited in the account of the above writ petition in W.P.No.34933 of 2014 vide order dated 28.09.2021.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that already the petitioner Corporation has settled the benefits to the first respondent and the remaining 50% of the amount is lying in the account of the Registry of this Court. That apart, the first respondent has no objection to permit the petitioner to withdraw the said amount.

4. In view of the above, this petition is allowed. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.3,61,057.50/- lying in the account of the above writ petition in W.P.No.34933 of 2014.
