This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to register the complaint made by the petitioner dated 19.09.2022 in view of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Thiruvannamalai in C.C.No.2639 of 2022, dated 27.09.2022. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No. 381 of 2022 was registered by the respondent police on 30.10.2022 for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 294(b), 447, 352 and 506(2) IPC. 3.Recording the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous, as no further orders are required to be passed on the same. 04.11.2022 msr
