C.M.P.Nos.18821, 18825 & 18828 of 2022 C.M.P.Nos.18821, 18825 & 18828 of 2022 in S.A.No.910 of 2006 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., C.M.P.No.18821 of 2022 has been filed to condone the delay of 1426 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd appellant namely Siddeshwaran in the above Second Appeal.
2. C.M.P.No.18825 of 2022 has been filed to permit the petitioners 4 to 6 herein, legal representatives of the deceased 2nd appellant to come on record as appellants in the above Second Appeal.
3. C.M.P.No.18828 of 2022 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 2nd appellant namely Siddeshwaran in the above Second Appeal.
4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, 6 & 7.
5. Mr.D.Shivakumaran, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, 6 & 7 submitted that he has no objection for ordering these petitions.
6. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, in C.M.P.Nos.18821, 18825 & 18828 of 2022 are ordered.
7. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in S.A.No.910 of 2006 and post the matter on 12.01.2023.
