This Court vide order dated 13.09.2023, appointed Ms.S.Vasanthi as Advocate Commissioner to seize the subject hypothecated vehicle from the respondent and hand over the possession of the same to the applicant.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the respondent has surrendered the subject hypothecated vehicle and therefore, the applicant seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the present application. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect in the application.

3. In view of the submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the applicant, this Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
