ORDER

(The Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J) This application has been filed to review the judgment passed in WA.No.1104 of 2020, dated 31.07.2023.

2. It is the submission of the learned counsel for the applicant that this Court while passing the judgment dated 31.07.2023 made certain observations in paragraph 7 and the same may be removed.

3. Earlier on considering the facts of the case and relevant G.Os., the said Writ Appeal was disposed of and therefore, this Court is of the view that there is no necessity in interfering with the judgment.

4. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the applicant would submit Page No.2 / 5

that as per the notification, this Court arrived rental arrears as Rs.6,39,475/-. However, the applicant has already paid some amount and only a sum of Rs.2,68,683 is due. Since there is a dispute regarding arrears calculation, the learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to agitate the same before the concerned authority.

5. In view of the above submissions, the Review Application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to give a representation regarding rental arrears details to the respondents within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders. No costs.
