This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to furnish original order copy as requested by the 3rd respondent to the petitioner considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.03.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the 1st respondent registered the FIR against the petitioner in Crime No. 984 of 2022 for the offence under Section 109 of Cr.P.C. The petitioner was not aware of the registration of FIR. However, it is claimed by the 1st respondent that, on the enquiry conducted by the 2nd respondent, petitioner was convicted and directed to execute a bond for a period of 6 months. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the petitioner has not at all appeared before the 2nd respondent and had not executed any bond and therefore, he was not at all aware of the case.
3. It is seen that the present petition is filed only for seeking issuance of order copy passed in the proceedings initiated in respect of the First Information Report in Crime No.984 of 2013. Therefore, this Court directs the 2/4
2nd respondent to furnish the certified copy of the proceedings in Crime No. 984 of 2013 passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate (RDO), Ranipet to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. With the above observations and directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
