JUDGMENT
Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel for appellant and respondent appeared and submitted that both parties have arrived settlement between parties and to that effect, the agreement entered between them was produced.
2. Considering their submissions stating that both parties have entered into compromise in terms of agreement, the marriage between the appellant and respondent is ordered to be dissolved. Accordingly, divorce is granted. The respondent filed an affidavit that she is not inclined to proceed with the criminal case and also not inclined to get any future demand of maintenance from the appellant and the same is recorded. So also, the appellant had also agreed not to interfere with the affairs of the respondent. The agreement entered between them shall be forming part and parcel of this judgment.
