Crl.M.P.No.15256 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.15823 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.15823 of 2023 dated 31.07.2023 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners 1 to 4 are complying with the conditions regularly and the 5th petitioner has not complied with the conditions.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners 1 to 4 in Crl.O.P.No.15823 of 2023 dated 31.07.2023 alone is modified to that effect that the petitioners 1 to 4 shall appear before the respondent police on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. As far as the 5th petitioner is concerned, since he has not complied with the condition, I am not inclined to relax the condition imposed on him and hence, relaxation seeking by the 5th petitioner is dismissed.
