2. Pleading inability to travel from Chennai to Kancheepuram, this transfer petition has been presented by the wife.
3. The respondent/husband was served but he has not entered appearance, neither through counsel nor in-person to oppose the application. It is not in dispute that the husband is working at Sholinganallur.
4. Taking into consideration the convenience of both the parties, I am inclined to allow this transfer petition. Hence, the proceeding in H.M.O.P.No.130 of 2023 on the file of the Sub Court at Kancheepuram is withdrawn and it shall stand transferred to the file of the Sub Court at Alandur. Alandur will be an equidistant place from Manapakkam as well as from Nungambakkam.
5. Apart from that before the Family Court, both the parties will have to appear for almost all the hearings.
