ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to conduct effective investigation by carrying out search and recovery of money from the accused in Crime No. 19 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police have registered a case in Cr.No. 19 of 2015 on 07.01.2015 under Sections 406, 420, 468 and 477 IPC against six accused. In this petition, the petitioner/de-facto complainant has prayed for the aforesaid relief, which cannot be granted under Section 482 Cr.P.C. Hence, this Court cannot direct the Investigating Officer to proceed with the investigation.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
