2. Mr.D.S.Vishnu, Sub Inspector of Police, R.K.Pettai Police Station, Thiruvallur District is present before this Court and produced a report dated 25.08.2022 with regard to the enquiry conducted on the complaint given by the petitioner against his cousin, namely, J.Mohan and his family members. From the enquiry report, it is found that with regard to the disputed land, there is a partition suit pending between the petitioner and other family members in A.S.No.50 of 1998 before the Sub Court, Thiruvallur. Recording the same, the complaint of the petitioner was closed.

3. In view of the above, this contempt petition is closed. It is for the petitioner to file an appropriate petition before the concerned Civil Court to seek his remedy.
