O R D E R

The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 27.02.2017 in W.P.No.28241 of 2013, has filed the present contempt petition.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with Letter No.8559/OP.I(1)/2017-2 dated 12.10.2018 and also produced a copy of the said proceedings, which is taken on file and recorded.

3. The Writ Petition is of the year 2013, which was disposed of vide order dated 27.02.2017 and in pursuant thereto, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 18.07.2017 and the same was considered and rejected by the respondents, vide the aforesaid proceedings dated 12.10.2018. The petitioner has filed the present contempt petition after a delay of nearly 6 years.

4. Since the order of this Court has been complied with as early as in the year 2018 itself, the Contempt Petition stands closed. If the petitioner is being aggrieved, it is open to him to challenge the aforesaid order in the manner known to law.
