This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.05 of 2017 pending of the file of the first respondent police namely the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Kancheepuram.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that after completion of investigation, a final report has been filed and the same has been taken on file in C.C. No.139 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalattu.
