O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the FIR based on the complaint dated 15.12.2015 given by the petitioner to the respondent and to file a final report.

2. The petitioner has lodged a complaint as against one Sagadevan, with regard to the payment of commission amount in real estate business. He has made the said complaint on 15.12.2015. Since no action was taken no far, the petitioner has come forward with the present petition.

3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the counter petitioner has also lodged a complaint as against this petitioner. Insofar as the complaint given by the petitioner is concerned, C.S.R.No.262/2015 has been assigned and on the complaint given by the counter petitioner, C.S.R.No.271/2015 has been assigned.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the respondent police to conduct an enquiry on both the C.S.R.Nos. 262 and 271 of 2015 and upon enquiry, if the materials are gathered indicating any cognizable offence, he is directed to proceed further in accordance with law as early as possible.

5. The criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
