Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to receive and process the revised planning permission application of the petitioner in CMDA No.PP/SB/C/0241/2019 dated 30.04.2019 which was returned on 03.07.2019 and accord sanction for 2 FSI without insisting to restrict to 1.5 FSI based on the 2nd respondent letter dated 05.04.2019.
