ORDER
(Order of the Court was authored by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) The present civil miscellaneous petition is taken up today for clarification at the instance of Mr.C.Harsha Raj, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the petitioners.
2. By our order dated 21.12.2024, we allowed the present civil miscellaneous petition, filed for condoning the delay of 652 days in representing the appeal, on condition that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- to the respondent within a period of two weeks. Pursuant to the same, the said amount has been paid on 27.02.2025, which was calculated from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. Therefore, the cost paid seems to have not been accepted by the Registry.
3. Hence, it is clarified that the cost ordered by our order dated 21.12.2024 can be accepted within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and accordingly, the cost that has now been paid on 27.02.2025 shall also be accepted by the Registry.
