ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed by petitioner alleging non-compliance of order dated 11.12.2018 made in W.P.No.958 of 2018.

Heard Mr.P.S.Prabu, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.S.Silambanan, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.Venkatesh Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Advocate General submitted that the contemnors have filed an appeal against the order dated 11.12.2018 in W.P.No.958 of 2018. He has further submitted that payment of interest alone has been challenged in the said appeal and the same is pending before the Division Bench.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General, this contempt petition is closed, however, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh contempt petition at a later stage, if he is so advised.
