ORDER

The writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.08.2022 for issuance of computerized patta and chitta in favour of the petitioner and to Mrs.Girija, Bakiya, Padma and Varadaraj in respect of the land measuring to an extent of 0.83.5 Hectares (2 acres and 6 cents) comprised in S.No.931/2 of Hosur Village and Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and without going into the merits of the representation of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 30.08.2022, in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing all concerned.
